Joining our team of dedicated HR professionals, you will assist with admin and operational tasks related to contracts and onboarding, employee benefit administration and projects. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to learn, develop the entire employee life cycle from an HR perspective. Together with our local HR team, you will work with local HR queries and in close collaboration with HR teams across the Nordics. The role further involves:
- Acting as a point of contact for our Oslo staff
- Coordinating and supervising the end-to-end employee life cycle
- Updating and maintaining our HR system (Workday)
- Formulating employment agreements and maintaining our document storage (archive)
- Preparing and implementing onboarding of new staff members
- Supporting the local HR team in daily tasks and ad hoc projects
