The HR Specialist performs specific HR functions that helps to identify trends, and track data metrics of our people, and HR project execution related to productivity and efficiencies, as we work toward our long-term success of the hospital. This role works closely with HR leadership to help build a strong company culture.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor’s degree or 3 years related experience.
2. Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
3. Previous Human Resources experience is required.
4. Microsoft computer skills required.
5. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $30.00 to $43.77. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
