Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist:
- Manage bi-weekly payroll responsibilities for 200 staff
- Oversee benefits administration including dental, medical, and healthcare coverage for organization
- Assist with managing 401k contributions and elections for staff
- Responsible for overseeing new hire onboarding including paperwork, onboarding tasks, etc.
Qualifications for the Human Resource Specialist:
- 2+ years of experience within an HR role
- Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, and 401k experience required
