Primary Functions:
***This role is fully remote, but preferred candidate will be located in the Eastern Standard Time Zone***
The Human Resources Generalist assists the Human Resources Director with department functions, including,recruitment, benefits, safety, employee relations, performance management and staffdevelopment. The Human Resources Generalist must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented. The ideal individual will be a confident self-starter, with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, utilizing critical thinking skills with a sense of urgency, demonstrates botha“cando”&“whatcanIdo”attitude, while maintaining a realistic balance among competing priorities. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the Human Resources Director on projects and must be able to perform well under pressure, at times, to process a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with prudence.
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in business, human resources management, related field, or a combination of education and experience required.
2+ years of experience in a HR Administrator/Coordinator/Specialist role
Proficiency maintaining HRIS records.
Familiarity with HRIS; ADP Workforce Now (preferred)
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.
Prior experience working for a healthcare organization (highly desirable).

Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates
Examinereferrals, references, and social media sources to form
