Option 1: Monday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Option 2: Monday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday (off), Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll support the HR Manager and HRBP by helping implement local initiatives and regional and corporate HR programs to foster a positive workplace. Duties include:
Handling administrative tasks such as scanning files, creating badges, preparing orientation packages, and assisting with new hire orientation
Supporting day-to-day HR operations, including new hire onboarding, leave administration, OSHA reporting, and managing unemployment claims
Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers
Assisting with recruitment activities, staffing plans, and payroll support
Maintaining eTime and related systems, ensuring accurate payroll records
Supporting initiatives to enhance diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, and retention
Qualifications:
0-3 years of relevant experience; HR experience is a plus but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with HR practices, HRIS systems, or administrative support work in HR is advantageous
