HR Systems Analyst (Workday) - Carbon Black

About the Job
With Carbon Black’s continued growth, our HR Systems and Operations team is looking to hire a Senior HRIS Analyst to thoughtfully drive Workday projects that will help us scale the organization. Working closely with our Sr. Manager of HR Systems and Operations, you will have a strong voice creating processes that will help drive our world-renowned culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement new Workday functionality, including Workday Recruiting
- Collaborate with internal teams to design new approaches and solutions in Workday
- Manage the Merit and Talent cycles in Workday
- Tier 2 and 3 Workday support
- Support other HR systems and tools as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- 1-4 years of HR Systems experience
- Workday experience preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting/Excel skills
- Ability to manage projects independently

- Workday modules: Recruiting, Talent, Benefits, Time Off, Advanced Compensation, Dashboards
- Curiosity and interest in Talent Analytics
- Experience with data privacy laws
