Randstad Digital seeks an experienced HR System Project Manager for an exciting opportunity in Charlotte, NC. As the HR Systems Project Manager, you will lead and manage the implementation of Workday, overseeing all technical components including integrations, configuration, and data conversion. responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of Workday, overseeing all technical components including integrations, configuration, and data conversion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring the project stays on track and within scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of the project.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Oversee system configuration and data conversion activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Manage and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure smooth transition from development to production.
- Lead post-implementation support and hyper-care activities, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
- Participate in production incident troubleshooting and drive/partner towards solution approach design and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Have led at least one enterprise HR System implementation project.
- Experiencing leading data conversion and data integrity efforts.
- Exposure to Workday software and/or integration toolsets is highly preferred
- Experience with HR processes (Hire to Retire process, Payroll, Benefits, T&A, etc.).
- Exposure to JIRA or related issue tracking tools.
- Analytical and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
