HR/Talent Acquisition Associate - University Radiology

University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 180 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.

University Radiology is looking for full-time HR/Talent Acquisition Associate for our East Brunsiwck, NJ Business Office *(hybrid schedule)

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle including but not limited to:
• Updating job requisitions
• Reviewing resumes
• Scheduling phone screens and interviews
• Submitting background and OIG checks
• Calling References
• Updating candidates’ status
• Update and maintain all recruitment reports
• Perform New Hire Orientations and Exit Interviews
• Maintain HRIS systems (ICIMS, TrakStar, Litmos, ADP, etc.) including entering new employees, maintenance, creating status reports and follow-up
• Participate in other HR projects and duties as needed

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Labor & Employee Relations, or Business Administration)
• 1-2 years HR experience ideal but will also consider candidates with strong HR internships
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Flexible, positive attitude
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
