Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to assist a client of ours with a Director level full time role that is responsible for HR Business Partnership.
Responsibilities:

Duration: This is a full time role with the company directly with an attractive salary, excellent benefits and relocation assistance if required.
Level of Effort: Full time, on site at least 3 days/week.
Working Hours: Full time, on site at least 3 days/week.

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to assist a client of ours with a Director level full time role that is responsible for HR Business Partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Human Resources Business Partners (HR Managers) to provide human resources support for the corporate SG&A functions
- Serve as the strategic resource for Executive Leadership of defined functional areas on topics relating to organizational design, organizational development, job analysis and overall business capability. Serve as an active member on any of these functional Staffs and any of their business partner teams, as necessary.
- Provide counseling and assistance to business partners in the topical areas of HR: policy and procedures, benefits administration, salary administration, training, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, employee selection - recruiting and other key human resource areas.
- Serve as a change agent for HR policies, procedures, and practices. Provide assistance, guidance, and input in the review and revisions of any company or functional policies, procedures and practices in support of day-to-day business activities and to achieve best practice.
Required Qualification(s): Must have experience with all responsibilities listed.
- An undergraduate degree in human resources, business or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 7 years of management experience; a history of progressively responsible and hands-on HR experience; experience as an HR business partner serving a business unit or division-wide (or larger) organization is preferred.
- Experience in developing and administering HR programs including, but not limited to, recruiting, policies and procedures, employee relations, salary and benefits administration, performance management, organizational development, succession planning, training, safety and state and federal compliance.
