The Human Resources Business Partner I plays a key role within our HR team, overseeing recruitment efforts for a wide range of positions across the organization. This includes both high-volume roles and more complex, technical, and strategic positions. We are seeking a seasoned HR professional who is skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity, and working collaboratively with leadership.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, accountable, and capable of managing the full recruitment cycle independently. They will ensure a seamless and positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates, while upholding the company's values and standards. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle for all positions, including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, background checks, pre-employment screenings, and hiring top talent.
- Conduct timely New Hire Orientations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice aligned with business goals.
- Assist in interviews to assess company culture fit, qualifications, and career direction.
- Lead field sourcing and recruitment activities, utilizing advanced sourcing methods (market mapping, employer branding, social media, community groups, headhunting, career events).
- Consistently exceed recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate and manager satisfaction.
- Adapt strategies to meet evolving KPIs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates for pipeline development.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Create job descriptions and assess FLSA status based on DOL standards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Lead offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with compensation structures and company policies.
- Administer and maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
- Enter new hire data into HRIS and Payroll systems accurately.
- Embrace change, adapting to new processes and priorities with a positive attitude.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes using data-driven insights.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance employer branding.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to recruitment-related inquiries and offering support for other HR matters.
- Prioritize collaboration with hiring managers while balancing candidate experience and recruitment goals.
- Foster leadership collaboration and maintain open, respectful communication within the team.
- Own recruitment outcomes, ensuring hiring targets are met and contributing to overall talent acquisition success.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, keeping management informed.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, meeting recruitment targets with minimal supervision.
- Assist in other HR functions as needed.
- Stay informed on applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- Salary Offered range is $65K to $75KAnnual salary plus Annual Bonus.
