About the Job
The A.C. Coy company has an opening for a HRIM Assistant. Ideal candidates must have 2+ years' experience with HRIS working with relational databases, excellent Excel skills, and a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform queries for internal and external clients
- Prepare reports and manage automated report distribution process
- Assist Sr. HRIM Analyst with responses to RFP, Due Diligence requests, and audit requests
- Ensure data integrity by performing audits and necessary table configuration
- Support Rewards team with generating approval documentation for changes
- Update and maintain system tables
- Maintain and update non-employee information
- Assist with data entry and filing as needed
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Associate Degree
Experience Required:
- 2+ years' experience with HRIS working with relational databases
- Advanced Excel skills including vLookups & Pivot Tables
- Prior HR experience
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Microsoft Visio preferred
- Basic understanding of SQL and HTML Publisher tools preferred
- High attention to detail
