Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure HR information systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of HR processes and data management.
• Maintain and analyze HR data, providing accurate reporting and acting as the subject matter expert for HR systems data.
• Develop and maintain system interfaces with vendor systems, and implement new modules to enhance HR functionalities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive improvements in HR operations, adhering to established standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of Dayforce experience
• Four years performing a HRIS role
• Understands compensation, benefits, and training/development

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range is $90,000 to $100,000

• On site position in Beachwood, Ohio

• On site gym and kitchen
