Full-Time / 8AM-5PM / 80 HRS PER PAY
POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resource Information Systems Analyst - ERP participates in the analysis, development, and implementation of ERP/HR systems to support organizational needs. The HRIS Analyst - ERP provides support for a variety of automated projects within the area of Human Resources. The position is responsible for the development of required system documentation, HRIS reports, system tables, process flows, etc
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree with a major in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Human Resources or a related major required.
Licensure: Not applicable.
Certification: Not applicable.
Experience: 0– 4 years of experience in a ERP or integrated system environment
HR Analytics/HR Data/Applicant Tracking system/HRIS background preferred
HR experience required. Additional payroll experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is required
Skills/Other: Show ability to quickly adapt to change, learn new systems and analyze processes
Experience working successfully in a team environment
Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving
Exposure to any/all of the following is a plus: Taleo/Oracle, Lawson/Infor, and SQL query programming language
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated strong customer focus
Strong organization skills and initiative required
DIMENSION/SCOPE
The PHP HRIS Analyst – ERP serves as the central point of contact for end users on HRIS system issues and data requests. He/She interacts with users through phases of design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS Systems. Identifies ways in which systems can be utilized to improve effectiveness and provide new services. He/She writes documentation to describe and develop installation and operating procedures of programs in accordance with organizational needs and IS standards. He/She acts as a resource for technical problems, deciding whether the problem is one of equipment, software or training and facilitates problem resolution.
He/She must maintain the data integrity of the HRIS Systems by performing activities such as; development of record-management procedures regarding input of information, verification of data, archiving and audit trails. He/She will train staff on the HRIS Systems related procedures and also work with vendors to adapt training to support end users. He/She will serve as a backup to other team members and shares knowledge/education with fellow team members. The position allows for the continued development of the employee’s information system and business knowledge skills
