HRIS Analyst - HYBRID - Sierra Solutions Group

Job Summary
We are looking for an HRIS Analyst with Workday experience for our Pharmaceutical client.
  
Primary Responsibilities

• Provides general support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations. Simple to complex configuration of Workday modules
• Responsible for overall data integrity, with generic data QC and validation of business requests
• Transactional record upkeep and updates
• Daily reporting/status updates (resource starts/ends, data entry accuracy/errors)
• Collaborate with Program Leads and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc.
• Provide system/process recommendations based on knowledge of system processes/technology
• Support as requested initiatives connected to developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
• Actively participates in user acceptance testing and documentation as requested

• 5 to 10 years’ experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting
• Workday HCM Certification is a Plus
• Workday Recruiting Certification is a Plus
• Experience with Workday advanced compensation and other modules is a plus
• Must have a high level of integrity and able to maintain confidential information
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and quality conscious
• Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to develop into an HRIS subject matter expert to recommend and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance
• Must have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team that is fast-paced, ever-changing priority environment
• Ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel, VLOOKUP’s, Pivots, etc.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to write system-related documentation and job aids
