The HRIS Analyst primarily supports the Human Resource Information Systems - in both day-to-day tasks and projects. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This role also supports any projects related to HRIS upgrades as assigned. This is an individual contributor position
Responsibilities: • Support HRIS implementation project/program for ALL areas (compensation, benefits, onboarding, recruitment, time and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, training, change management),
• Serve as technical expert & support the maintenance of new and existing human resources systems & programs
• Serve as security administrator of the HRIS system
• Serve as the technical expert in HRIS Reporting for the organization and manages the reports library
• Serve as customer support and contact for members of the HR teams and employee related services (Employee Self Service & Manager Self Service)
• Use appropriate communication skills to communicate and influence
• Develop training programs (job aids) for system end users for identified work streams
• Responsible for training system admin team members on system capabilities and supporting ongoing training program
• Develop and oversee processes to ensure data integrity, including evaluation of current data entry and management, and routine data audits
• Use expertise to drive full utilization of the system, optimization of functionality, and efficiencies in business processes
• Assist with organizational change management during and following system and process change implementations to include communication, training and feedback collection
• Support maintenance & administration of programs not fully supported by HRIS (WOTC, The Work Number, I-9 Management, and Unemployment)
• Perform analysis and regular reporting for senior management and group leaders
• Maintain, update, and test system integrations with other departments and vendors
• Develop presentations as needed and as requested
• Provides standard bi-weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to HR and as requested by the organization
Key Competencies & Characteristics:
- Must have strong knowledege of UKG, preferably 5-10 years of experience.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLookUp, concatenation and other functions), Word and PowerPoint.
- Technologically adept and able to work with multiple Microsoft applications and HRIS systems.
- Ability to partner with internal and external resources to ensure timely solutions.
- High work capacity, dependable, results oriented and strong sense of urgency.
- Direct experience managing multiple vendors and compensation administration outsourcing.
- Experience in understanding, and technical expertise, of broad based compensation programs (Executive, Sales, Base and Variable Pay
- Direct and empathetic communication style.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in UKG/UltiPro.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent experience.
- Understanding of HRIS database design, structure, processes and reporting tools and be proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Analytical skills necessary to develop custom solutions, work flow, testing, and debugging techniques.
- Working knowledge of data reporting. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred but not required.
