We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our Home Office in Orlando, FL. This position works remotely. The HRIS Analyst will perform a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data.
Overview and Responsibilities:
+ Serves as the subject matter expert for the Foundation Partners Group HRIS, ensuring accuracy, security and stability within the ADP environment currently being used.
+ Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in ADP and databases and assure information is available on a timely basis
+ Automates and enables ongoing process improvements to enable the system to ease the use of employees and leaders, allow the system to be utilized to its fullest extent and provide greater value to the overall organization
+ Assist the HR team with the HRIS portion of key HR transactions such as terminations, new hires and acquisition activity
+ Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and research/report on any data discrepancies
+ Manage the creation and ongoing maintenance of system hierarchy to ensure the HR Matrix Approval Process flows correctly and is accurate
+ Creates, extracts and prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics as requested to support human resources activities and projects
+ Provide assistance and support others in HR on difficult assignments and/or problems as directed
+ Participate in special projects with staff as directed
Qualifications and Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in IT or relevant Business program strongly preferred
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing HRIS data
+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience using ADP WorkforceNow
+ Experience using or administering Power BI a plus
+ Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resource administration in assigned area
+ Professional communication skills and the ability to provide internal stellar customer satisfaction is critical
+ Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
+ Advanced Excel and report creation skills
