Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Business Analyst II to support the HR Department. Responsibilities include assisting with the configuration and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (SAP SuccessFactors - Cloud) for the US and Canada; managing the outsourcing vendors to ensure usability, availability and legal compliance; defining and modifying business process flows, completing unit and functional testing and coordinating maintenance releases; assisting with resolution of issues; ensuring data integrity; driving improvement opportunities; ensuring the system meets the customer's business needs by providing internal consulting support and collaborating with external vendors. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with aggressive timelines.
Responsibilities
- Configures the SAP SuccessFactors system to meet business requirements. Creates detailed test plans, executes test scenarios, and documents results.
- Collaborates with HR functional leads to optimize the system and ensure ongoing operations in designated modules.
- Defines and modifies business process flows based on user requirements.
- Resolves configuration and interface issues by researching and collaborating with external vendors. Identifies areas for improvements to improve customer service levels.
- Supports Data Analysts as needed in areas such as resolving data issues and creating reports for customers.
- Works with external vendor to define a release schedule and lead others to meet key milestones and dates.
- Work with the business to identify training needs and to update training documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in system configuration.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors application or other HR cloud solution.
- Minimum 3 years' experience defining business requirements and developing/executing detailed test plans.
- Strong consulting and communication skills to provide recommendations and options to meet business needs.
- Must be able to see the big picture to create solutions yet drill down to manage the detail.
- Project management skills to define a release schedule and lead others to meet key milestones and dates.
- Experience with interface files/data feeds.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Preferred
- Experience with Success Factors application or other HR cloud solution
