This role is instrumental in managing and overseeing all aspects of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring optimal functionality, data integrity, and system security. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, specifically with Cognos report writing, Cognos, event studio, and other HRIS systems. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HRIS Manager/AVP to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. This role is instrumental in managing and overseeing all aspects of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring optimal functionality, data integrity, and system security. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HRIS, specifically with Cognos report writing, Cognos, event studio, and other HRIS systems. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all HRIS operations, ensuring optimal functionality and system security.
- Develop, implement, and update HRIS strategies and initiatives in line with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Cognos reports and dashboards.
- Utilize event studio and other HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify system improvements and enhancements.
- Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new features rollouts.
- Provide training and support to HR and other staff on HRIS use and best practices.
- Stay updated on latest HRIS trends and technologies, and make recommendations for system improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have extensive experience with UKG
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HRIS, specifically with Cognos report writing, Cognos, event studio, and other HRIS systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate meaningful insights.
- Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of HRIS system architecture, functionalities, and capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and terminologies, and understanding of data privacy laws and regulations related to HRIS.
- Certification in HRIS or related field is a plus.
