HRIS Payroll Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HRIS Payroll Analyst to join their team!
The Payroll/HRIS Analyst must be able to ensure accuracy in payroll processing and transmitting of all wire payments. The analyst will supervisor and manage the payroll process from start to finish. The analyst will also have experience in bank accounts, general ledger, and payroll process reconciliation. The analyst will also provide customer support for the existing HRIS systems and work with technology providers to ensure system operations.
This person will need experience working with Ceridian Dayforce and Payroll systems!
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, plan, develop, and manage/coordinate business process and/or technology system improvements surrounding these HRIS business systems.
- Provide customer support for existing HRIS systems while interacting with providers to ensure continued system operations
- Provide training and guidance for customers, analyze and solve problems within HRIS System, Identify root cause improvements.
- Direct experience interfacing Ceridian Dayforce with other ERP systems for time tracking and relevant General Ledger entries.
- Proficient in GAAP accounting
- Three to five years of Payroll experience
- 5 years of payroll experience
- Relevant experience doing HRIS specific functions for manufacturing companies
- Effectively manages multiple tasks at once and can solve problems in an efficient manner
