Our Client is seeking an Analyst to supplement the ongoing work of the Global HR Analytics team. The Analyst will work to maintain our current reporting and analytics systems as we embark on a multi-year process of transforming our technology platforms. An ideal candidate will be expected to balance ad-hoc report requests along with larger-scale reporting initiatives from various HR partners and other global teams. They will collaborate with other HRIT teams, Human Resources, and Payroll groups to facilitate accurate, efficient reporting from a variety of Human Resource systems. The Analyst will be a trusted advisor to the Human Resource organization, delivering comprehensive, timely, accurate and detailed reporting. The Analyst will look for ways to streamline recurrent requests and maximize efficiencies to advance our enterprise-wide reporting and analytics framework.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of employee and company related data including how and when it should be utilized.
• Identify the appropriate sources of data (Enterprise Data Warehouse, individual HRIS systems, etc.) to support report requirements.
• Design, develop and test reports utilizing ADP Enterprise Reporting Systems (ADPR-Reporting), PeopleSoft Query, Taleo, Oracle, Cornerstone and LMS Reporting systems using Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and other tools. Aggregate data from multiple systems as needed.
• Execute audit checks and annual validations; make recommendations for process improvements based on audit results to ensure data integrity and adherence to all Data Governance policies and procedures.
• Use statistical and research methods to perform studies of key relationships and patterns in the data.
• Analyze and troubleshoot reports and reporting systems. Research and resolve all data quality issues for responsible data objects.
• Create and maintain reporting & analytics documentation including end-user, system administration guides and data dictionary.
• Work on HR Analytics projects including data visualization / dashboards, data integrity testing and systems customizations/optimization.
• Respond to time-sensitive requests requiring data analysis while adhering to security access constraints.
• Prototype design options to end-users.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2 years HR report writing required (skills should include combining tables, inner and outer joins, etc.).
• 2 years of HRIS/HRIT or database system administration experience required.
• Experience using Alteryx highly preferred.
• 1 year of testing experience preferred.
• PeopleSoft Query and ADP-Reporting experience a strong plus.
• Tableau or other data visualization tool experience a plus.
• Human Resources data or employee data reporting experience a strong plus.
• Human Resources or payroll functional knowledge a plus.
• Basic to advanced statistical and research skill preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Familiarity with Alteryx.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel required (lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Office software.
• Strong organization, problem solving, and analytical skills required.
• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude.
• Reliability and ability to maintain confidentially are required.
EDUCATION:
High school graduation or GED required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
