Contract Duration: 5 Months
Required Skills & Experience
+ 5+ years of experience in payroll and tax
+ 5+ years of experience in Workday Payroll and Tax.
+ 5+ years of Call Center experience.
+ 5+ years of HR experience.
+ 5+ years of Ticket management system experience, and year-end payroll tasks/W2 processing experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
+ Providing Payroll and tax support and expertise in the management, maintenance, and optimization of Workday payroll systems and processes.
+ Focus on ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in Workday, troubleshooting payroll/Tax issues in Workday, and working closely with ESC, IT, and Finance teams to improve Workday system efficiencies.
+ Calculates retroactive pay (when approved) for late pay adjustments, promotions, or reclassification and processes for payroll.
+ Generates manual check requests, stop payment, and reversal requests.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert for issues relating to complex payroll and tax issues.
