Range: $16.00 - $21.29 per hour.
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for assisting with all West Marine Pro Hub operations. The Hub Crew Members is responsible for understanding all operations of the Hub and being able to maintain Hub operations in the absences of the Hub manager. Coordinate order selection, order packing and shipment; Provide Hub, Store and /or Inventory Managers with timely information as needed. Load / unload van deliveries as directed, perform returns as per standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work with Hub Manager to prioritize, process and deliver customer orders
- Deliver excellent customer experience with every interaction
- Execute pick, pack, and ship to meet SLAs (service level agreement) for product fulfillment
- Utilize an efficient pattern and method for pulling product to optimize time
- Use proper methods for pulling and moving product to shipping processing location
- Process customer returns with in SLAs
- Ensure shipping station is neat cleaned and organized at all times
- Properly replenish packing and shipping supplies daily
- Identify and escalate any bottlenecks impeding fulfillment to Hub Manager
- Assist PRO customers with in-store purchases and product selection
- Assist with put backs and store restocking
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends and some holidays.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
ยท High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
