Responsibilities

What You’re Great At:

You have the ability to be a chameleon - to work with clients buying and selling million dollar homes, a first time home buyer, a white collar worker, a blue collar worker, with clients buying an $80,000 investment property and everything in between. You have a classy yet hard working way about you. You have thick skin and the ability to ask hard questions and do whatever it takes to help.  You have the ability to charm people without coming across as “too salesy”. You have a great ability to convert a customer to a client. You are ok with working on the East and West sides of Cleveland. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate.   

What you’ll do: 

• Help CJ generate and follow up with leads
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week to help create business for yourself and CJ
• Help CJ pre-qualify leads to set appointments
• Buyers
• • Go on Buyer consultations with CJ
  • Consult buyers on which properties to visit
  • Show properties to buyers
  • Provide feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of CJ Trivisonno and clients
  • Go to home inspections 
  • Help write inspection addendums
  • Help with repair quotes, organize contractors from repair items from inspections
  • Help with communication with buyer through closing
• Sellers
• • Go on Listing Consultations with CJ
  • Help coordinate staging, dates, signs, lockboxes
  • Help with some listing marketing 
  • Help with repair quotes, organize contractors from repair items from inspections
  • Help with communication with seller through closing
• Help and work with CJ for social media posting - photos, videos, documenting work activities for posts
• Keep service a high priority to have high satisfaction from

This will be a person with a desire to learn real estate at the highest level with some prior people, service or sales experience.  

*This is a 100% commission based role with ability to learn from CJ and grow through the PLACE Growth Model in our organization
