About The Role
As an empowered member of our Human Resources team, the HR Business Partner will play an important role in supporting all things people and culture. The HR Business Partner will be primarily responsible for developing and executing people and culture programs for Accusoft, partnering across the broader HR team. In this role, you will be a key partner to the business who understands employee motivations and drivers, team dynamics, and people leader capability opportunities needed to meet Accusoft's strategic plan. You'll be a promoter of Accusoft's culture and values working with stakeholders to create an environment that attracts, enables, and retains the best.
Ways You Will Contribute to Our Collective Success
- Partner with leaders in the development and execution of key talent programs such as talent assessment, performance management, career pathing and development, change management, engagement, and organizational design, always considering our commitment to DEIB.
- Provide HR guidance and support to leaders in aligned business groups on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, change management, talent management, job description creation and review, compensation, policies, employment law compliance, and other HR-related topics.
- Identify talent gaps and development needs within aligned business areas, its managers, and people in key positions.
- Take a hands-on approach with leaders to help improve working relationships, strengthen morale, and increase productivity and engagement.
- Provide coaching to leaders to address concerns and enhance their contributions to the business.
- Provide leaders learning opportunities to grow their people leadership skills.
- Collaborate with others to support people and culture projects and contribute to the design and delivery of people and culture programs.
- Maintain employee pulse throughout the employee lifecycle (i.e. new hire discussions, focus groups, employee surveys, exit interviews).
- Identify trends from engagement surveys, exit surveys, turnover, etc. to better understand, recommend, and implement initiatives that improve engagement and retention.
- Partner with the HR team and leaders to onboard new employees and ensure they are successfully integrated into their team and into the culture.
- Be an advocate of Accusoft's culture and values and lead others through growth and change.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Champion all HR programs and initiatives.
The Background and Experience You Need to Support Success
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or high school diploma or equivalent and equivalent experience commensurate with the degree requirement.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Have a strong foundation of HR fundamentals that you have used to identify and solve problems.
- Experience understanding strategic organizational issues and influencing change.
- Have a proven track record of building relationships at all levels.
- Action oriented and eager to tackle hard conversations or issues.
- Seamless ability to pivot between strategy and tactical execution.
- You are a professional, open-minded team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This makes you highly collaborative, flexible and agile.
- You have a passion for people and enabling a culture where people can be their best.
- You know your stuff - you have good foundational HR experience and you are a continuous learner; but more importantly, you know when to pull in the perspectives of the broader team.
- You have natural curiosity and keeping the status quo is your worst nightmare; you are motivated by challenges.

- You are highly organized and have the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- SHRM-CP or PHR is nice to have, but not required.
