The Human Resource Coordinator will assist with all recruiting, interviewing, development, and onboarding. The Human Resource Coordinator works closely with the Director of Talent and leadership team at Chick-fil-A Vine City and focuses on developing a high-caliber, customer-focused, and striving-for-excellence team.
The Human Resource Coordinator understands, supports, and integrates Chick-fil-A Vine City's values and mission statement in each event, employee interaction, and community engagement.
The Human Resource Coordinator will also serve on our operations team as a Team Member for part of their time at work each week.
This role is offered as a full time position. You must have an open availability. This means the ability to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays.

Applicants must be able to:
- Assist the Director of Talent with daily and weekly tasks
- Conduct screenings, scheduling interviews, and implementing interviews
- Preparing and completing employee files including I9’s , availability forms , job offers and more
- Attend numerous recruiting events at college campuses, high schools, and community recruiting events
- Assist in facilitating new team member orientation and New Team Member uniforms
- Assist with Employee Engagement activities and Employee Store Communications (Spotlight , GroupMe, etc)
- Perform with excellence while in the operations of the business
- Work alongside team in the operations for HR Assessments
- Meet regularly one-on-one with the Operator and Director of Talent to discuss current recruiting and hiring developments
- Meet with the Director of Talent daily to stay aware of current events, efforts, and general organization
- Ensure Chick-fil-A Vine City is meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards
- Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
