About the Job
Our client in the HR industry is seeking a Human Resource Executive Admin II to join their team. As a Human Resource Executive Admin II, you will be part of the HR department supporting HR and Managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, advanced analytical skills, and experience with HR and workforce management which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Rosemont, IL
Pay Range: $60-$75/hr
What's the Job?
- Provide advanced reporting, analysis, and insights related to HR-related administrative processes such as hiring, staffing, terminating, and servicing associates, HR, and Managers.
- Develop reports and dashboards to reflect trends, key issues, and to address business performance.
- Participate in the monthly Headcount reconciliation process, partnering and consulting with Senior HR Leaders, engaging Finance and supporting the Executive Leadership Team to ensure effective communication and execution.
- Back up for HR Analyst responsible for the timely publication, currency, and accuracy of intranet content for HR related pages.
- Work effectively with IT and internal customers on projects and production support activities; recommending and testing solutions.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, HR or equivalent experience required.
- Must possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience compiling operational metrics from disparate systems.
- Experience using Workday and Workday reports is required.
- Experience with HR, workforce management.
- Experience working with large data sets to source, clean and analyze data to understand trends and monitor execution of HR processes.
