• Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, benefits, and payroll-related regulations.
• Manage the performance evaluation process and ensure consistent performance management practices across the organization.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.
• Analyze HR metrics and report on trends such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
