Job Functions:

• Uphold HR Policies and Procedures

• Maintain and Update Staffing Schedule

• Facilitate resident appointments and transportation schedule

• Develop and maintain employee recruiting and retention programs

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000 - $58,000.00 per year
