Overview
JCSA Holdings Inc. is a private company that provides capital and operational assistance for businesses in exchange for equity in the business enterprise. The company is based in Albany NY but considers business opportunities on a global basis. This position will be based out of our state of the art Electrolit Manufacturing Plant in Waco, TX.
Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state of the art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit TM , the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Human Resource Manager will be to oversee personnel-related operations within the Company while ensuring State, Federal and Safety Compliance requirements (OSHA). Additional duties include the oversight and management of recruitment strategies, policy implementation and adherence, benefit and payroll management, etc. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the Plant Operations Director, and indirectly to the Human Resource Business Partner of JCSA Holdings, Inc.
Principal Duties
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, federal and OSHA safety regulations.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. Conduct stay and exit interviews, manage retention strategies.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand and adhere to their job responsibilities.
- Investigate employee complaints and grievances, brings them to resolution.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance to both Managers and employees on performance management techniques. Manage performance management needs and corrective action measures as needed.
- Oversee company policy training, ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently and adhered to.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Other duties as directed by Management.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products required.
- Strong presentation skills required.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business with Human Resource concentration, or related field required.
- SHRM Certification preferred.
- Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in a related position required.

- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Salary: $00 - $110,000 Annual
