- Coordinate the recruitment process for exempt, non-exempt, student, and temporary staff, ensuring smooth coordination from job postings to hiring
Responsibilities include supporting resume reviews, interviews, reference checks and offer negotiations
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, guiding them through a detailed review of benefits, policies, and employment agreements while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately
- Contribute to HR system upgrades and improvements, participating in system testing, troubleshooting, and rollout of new features and patches within the HRMS platform
- Support leave administration and employee benefits communication, assisting employees in navigating leave policies, benefit options, and eligibility requirements
- Maintain employee records and generated reports through the HRIS platform, ensuring accurate tracking and timely data delivery for internal requests
- Coordinate tuition reimbursement and salary level adjustments, ensuring employees understand requirements and submission procedures for education benefits
- Manage the workers' compensation process, liaising between employees, providers, and insurers to ensure efficient claim resolution and policy compliance
