Job: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
If you are experienced in HR Administration or HR Coordination and looking for an opportunity to assist a top notch HR team, PrideStaff is in search of two temporary HR Administrative Assistants to join our client's HR team in Folsom.
The specific tasks that we are needing assistance with is related to their Annual Performance Review process (4,000 employees). The Employee Relations team needs assistance with general questions (templates are available), emPerform software navigation and troubleshooting, tracking, etc. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or data entry role preferred
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Pay: $22 - $25 / hour
Location: Folsom, CA
Schedule: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
Full-Time, Temporary Contract (5 weeks but may be extended)
Start Date: ASAP
Training and Ongoing Support Provided
