COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including Teams.
Accomplished in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). – Paycom is a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the company.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
Standard office setting. Stands and sits for long periods.
Low noise volume.
Standard office equipment utilized (computer, telephone, calculator, photocopier, and fax machine).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems.
Recent 2 – 3 years of experience working in a Human Resources position.
Proficiency with analyzing data and advanced Excel knowledge is required
