POSITION REPORTS TO: Department Manager, Human Resources|Administration|Finance & Accounting
THIS POSITION IS ON SITE IN OUR CONCORD OFFICE FIVE DAYS PER WEEK.
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing excellent internal customer support and act as a key member in the department to drive HR/Admin functional excellence, people initiatives and process improvement.
Responsibilities:Recruitment
- Drive all aspects of full cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interview arrangements, conducting candidate interviews etc., while managing the process through our applicant tracking system.
- Manages the onboarding process including but not limited to greeting new hires, coordinating orientation and collaborating with hiring managers with all aspects of onboarding.
Training and Development
- Manage all training initiatives including employee communication, announcements, launching courses in our LMS, etc.
- Follow up and report to ensure 100% timely completion of all assignments.
HRIS
- Timely and accurately audit all information databases.
- Manage the organizations Performance Management platform.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of practices, policies and procedures.
Administration
- Manage all activities of Offboarding such as arranging and conducting an exit interview, collecting company property, cleaning out workspace, etc.
- Support and drive the Onboarding of expatriates to the organization.
- Support administration, coordination and application of company-wide policies, procedures and practices to ensure compliance.
- Act as a liaison with employees, ensuring smooth and timely communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
- Maintain worksite compliance to include posting required labor law information and company communications, as needed.
- Manage and coordinate events.
- Maintain and order supplies for the department as needed.
- Additional administrative assignments such as filing, scheduling meetings, and other related tasks.
Benefits and Payroll
- Respond to employee questions, assist with resolution of problems in conjunction with the corporate office.
- Be a liaison with the corporate benefits team to communicate benefit programs, changes and updates.
- Supports the Open Enrollment process and other Benefit, Health and Wellness related programs as directed by the corporate benefits team.
- Manage leaves of absence, workers compensation case, etc. in cooperation with our external vendors and the corporate benefits/payroll teams.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Potential for < 20% travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related degree.
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification, a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the following Human Resources functions: Recruitment, Compliance, Performance Management and Compensation; Benefits administration is a plus, as well as Office Administration/Management.
- Must have experience with O365 suite, Adobe Acrobat, ADP Workforce now and iCims ATS.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance multiple assignments with a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, ethical judgement and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a proponent for change.
- Solid knowledge of Federal, State and local laws/regulations, particularly in California
- Flexibility in scheduling, planning and daily operations is a MUST at all times while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude, and pleasant demeaner.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Strong problem-solver with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR best practices, systems and processes

Base pay range: $31.25-38.50/hour. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications, area of expertise, experience and performance. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. Keep in mind, annual compensation is just one part of the total compensation package Kyocera provides.
