The Prince George’s County Office of Central Services is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill a Human Resources Analyst IV, grade G27, in the Office of the Director.
About the Position
This is a full performance level professional position responsible for performing day-to-day human resources, payroll, risk management, and training functions for the Agency. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resources related issues and provides guidance on disciplinary matters as needed. Assists the HR Manager with the administration of complex human resources components such as classification and compensation, recruitment and examination, employee relations, training and employee benefits and pensions. This position requires the performance of the duties normally in this class working with a considerable degree of latitude for independent judgement, action and initiative when expediting complex personnel work assignments and projects. Work assignments are performed under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager and work is evaluated through one-on-one meetings, conferences, completed reports and projects.
