About the Job
Maximus is seeking a passionate and proactive Human Resources Analyst to join our team. In this role will support the Federal Human Resources Overhead group in developing and providing analytical support to our leader and programs in support of Maximus growth initiatives. Main responsibilities will entail development and regular delivery of dashboards and data analytics in support of driving data driven decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing analyses of numerous Human Resources programs and initiatives.
- Responsible for analyzing and reporting Human Resources staffing initiatives on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis such as: Turnover/Attrition, Headcount and Forecasting and make recommendations for action or improvement based upon results.
- Create, maintain, and analyze timely analytics/metrics on Human Resources initiatives.
- Create and maintain any additional ad hoc analytics requests.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining new/innovative reporting platforms to convey results using the allocated tools.
- Responsible for converting complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels.
- Assist Human Resources in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in HR
- Experience in HR information system and working with "people" centric data.
- Strong project management skills.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Highly collaborative - - Participate in the implementation process improvement or process re-engineering efforts.
- Identify data sources of analytical value to be detected, corrected, and augmented internally created data.
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint PowerBI).
- Per contract requirements, candidates must be US Citizens or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card Status).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
MS Office365 Powerpoint proficient
Project Management 1-2 years
Excel - Proficient or Excellent
Other application experience welcomed: Canva, Tableu, PowerBi, One-model

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
