Position Overview
- Schedule – Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm
- On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours
- Compensation Package–
- $30.00 - 35.00 / hour ($62,400 - $72,800 / year)
- The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate's experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a corporate office environment.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a Human Resources position preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Your Role
- Assist the Director of Human Resources and the HR department with administrative needs.
- File documents appropriately in personnel / medical / confidential files.
- Conduct virtual interviews for assigned requisitions.
- Source candidates via job search engines and recruiting platforms.
- Prepare interview packets for interviewing team.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates for hiring managers.
- Administer FMLA paperwork and track leaves.
- Manage any Worker's Compensation claims and track.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews with current and departing employees.
- Track and report on HR metrics including turnover, time to fill, cost to fill, etc.
- Conduct new hire orientation trainings.
