The HR Assistant answers incoming calls and directs callers to the right HR area. The Assistant is the first impression of Human Resources, assisting our incoming guests with the up-most professionalismand answer general HR questions. The individual wil process ID badges, and manage files to include contractor files. 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; college degree desired.
2. Must have strong communication skills
3. General office and/or Personnel related experience is required.
4. 1-2 Years of Healthcare experience preferred
5. Microsoft Office skills required
6. Ability to excel in a faced paced environment.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $28.39. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
