SUMMARY
Assist the Human Resources manager and other HR team members with planning and carrying out policies
relating to all phases of human resources activity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with recruiting.
Assist with planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company
goals.
Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.
File confidential documents.
Assist with termination processing.
Enter data for governmental reporting purposes.
Assist with company-wide training, as needed.
Enter training records into database and file paper copies.
Assist with coverage of reception area, when needed.
Become a member of the morale/outreach committee.
Collect, enter, and track vacation and sick time in online system.
Assist with open enrollment each year.
Assist with distribution of employee notices.
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work
environment.
Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization
(AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.

AS9100/ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES
Be familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives.
Understand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions.
Complete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions.
Participate in Atec Continuous Improvement activities as appropriate (including Strategic Planning, AIM,
Suggestion box, etc.).
Participate in AS9100/ISO training as required.
Cooperate with Auditors.
Report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or a minimum one-year related experience
and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Professional Human Resources Certification or Society Professional Human Resources Certification
preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk. stand and sit.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Extended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required.
