About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a polished and organized HR Assistant to provide support through the end of the year. This role involves handling a wide variety of administrative HR tasks, scheduling, and managing onboarding/offboarding processes.
Job Description:
The HR Assistant will support the HR team by managing administrative tasks, regulating the promotion process, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills and a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of administrative HR tasks, ensuring efficient support for the HR department.
- Schedule meetings, oversee promotion processes, gather necessary paperwork, and send letters.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Create meeting agendas and record meeting minutes for HR-related meetings.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR support experience.
- Nonprofit experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS knowledge (Workday) is a nice to have.
- Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate).
