Job Duties and Responsibilities:

DISH is looking for motivated, entry-level Associates to join a dynamic HR and Talent Acquisition team committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both candidates and employees. These high-visibility roles offer you the chance to make a real difference while honing your skills in communication, relationship-building, and project management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with assigned locations to send required feedback documents, engage with candidates to complete necessary questionnaires, and schedule on-site interviews
• Assist with various projects in collaboration with the business
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of DISH HR policies and procedures to effectively communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives
• Provide outstanding customer service both internally and externally, demonstrating strong communication skills, follow-through, prioritization, and a sense of urgency
• Complete reporting and projects as assigned

 

Position will be onsite at our Englewood, CO location.

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ideal candidate would have some experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition/recruiting

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. 

 

Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. Salary Range:USD $20.72 - $29.61 / Year
