Human Resources - Benefits Administrator
Work Location: This is a hybrid role and the resource will be required to work in the office two days a week (Tues, Wed, or Thurs). The resource can work from any of the following office locations.....New York, NY, Stamford, CT, Holmdel, NJ, or Bethlehem, PA)
We will only accept local candidates to this request who can commute to one of these office locations two days per week.
Job Description: This role will support the Health, Welfare and Wellness team with the administration of benefit programs, manage logistics for benefit events, and respond to colleague inquiries regarding benefit programs.
Ideally, the candidate has 5-7 years' experience in health & welfare benefit administration, and:
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel and Word (proficiency in MS PowerPoint a plus)
• Experience with Workday benefits administration systems a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to research, follow up and resolve complex issues
• Good interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
• Ability to work independently and on a team
