Schedule : M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
DESCRIPTION
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting and aligning human resources strategies with the organization's mission and goals.
This role will build trusted relationships with their functional leaders while understanding their own unique business needs, use data to proactively identify issues and provide thoughtful recommendations, and support the execution of strategic and culture initiatives to increase company engagement and productivity while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
With your expertise, you will help drive organizational success and support the company's mission to provide exceptional healthcare services.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with department leaders and executives to understand their specific needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Employee Development: Assist and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, contributing to career growth and succession planning.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure that company adheres to all industry regulations, employment laws, and internal policies.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies.
- Workplace Culture: Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a respectful and supportive workplace atmosphere.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, keeping them current with industry standards.
- Change Management: Support organizational changes, such as restructuring or process enhancements, by assisting in communication, training, and transition planning.
- Strategic Consulting: Provide HR expertise and guidance to leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.
- Legal Compliance: Stay current with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices remain compliant
REQUIREMENTS
- Additionally, successful applicants should have at least three (3) years of direct experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting multiple business units within an organization
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of Human Resources, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and principles is required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position
- This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting
- HR Technology: Familiarity with HR software and tools for efficient HR operations and reporting
