Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with Boston area candidates who would be a good fit for roles with the specifications below:
Responsibilities:
- Communicate any changes and development regarding benefits and provisions to employees
- Organize and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and team members
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding for incoming and outgoing employees
- Create, update, and maintain accurate personnel records and human resources related files including new hire paperwork, job changes, manager changes, promotions, and payroll changes
- Remain on the pulse of company culture to foster workplace relationships and support retention efforts of current employees
- Assist with administration of employee benefits plans including healthcare, life, disability, and other health and welfare benefits programs
- Aid with the continuous audits of all Human Resources processes, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws
- Support the annual employee performance evaluation process and provide feedback and development for current procedures
- Adhere to information security and privacy policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines while ensuring all teams are in compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience in a role related to Human Resources; management experience is a plus
- Effective Human Resources administration, performance management savvy and people management skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Massachusetts employment laws, Human Resources laws and regulations, and laws associated with unions highly preferred
- An independent and motivated self-starter
