Responsibilities:

• Guide and manage HR programs and policies.
• Partner with operational leaders to foster a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide coaching and support to management on employee relations and performance issues.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
