Our client is looking for a dynamic HRBP to support the company in Northern Montgomery County. This is a Direct Hire position and 100% on-site. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company's culture and processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives for the main location aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with stakeholders to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying current with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Facilitate communication among employees and management, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assist with benefits administration.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner or similar, strong recruiting experience preferred.
- Proficient understanding of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, staffing, employee development and career planning, agile performance management, employee counseling, and policy development.
- In-depth knowledge of legal HR compliance and familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Experience with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
