Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR transition processes for new acquisitions, existing portfolios, and new builds.
- Administer critical paths in takeover and acquisition projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
- Manage HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, compliance, and team member relations.
- Deliver training and onboarding for new and transitioning teams.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations at all locations.
- Serve as an HR task force leader on short-term assignments as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with property management, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
- Travel up to 80% of the time and be based near a major airport in the Eastern or Central time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on hospitality.
- Strong project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday and iCIMS.
- Ability to interpret and advise property management according to employment laws of the jurisdiction.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work within a diversified workforce and across multiple locations.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
- Located near a major airport in the Eastern or Central time zones.
