Job Description Summary:
The Human Resources Clerk compiles, updates, maintains and organizes human resource files and tracks and monitors information to ensure records and files are complete and up-to-date. The Clerk records and enters employee information into the electronic records system and updates employee files with documented personnel actions, providing information to payroll and other areas. The HR Clerk performs data entry of status changes into our HRIS system. The HR Clerk provides assistance for the front-desk as needed. The HR Clerk preforms other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalency.
One (1) year office/clerical related experience in a Human Resources office.
One (1) year office/clerical related experience in a Human Resources office.
Preferred Qualifications:
One or more years experience in maintaining employment records.
