Human Resources Compliance Coordinator - Cottage Health

About the Job
- Compliance Tracking & Reporting: Monitors progress of completion of regulatory trainings. Prepares HR compliance reports by compiling and analyzing internal audit data identifying compliance issues for various programs. Supports internal and external audits and requests for compliance evidence. Prepares reports in response to audits and plans of corrections. Coordinates corrective action and/or suspension related efforts for employees who fail to complete TB screening, vaccine requirements, licenses/certification renewals, etc.
- Administers the Education Assistance and Healthcare Education loan and scholarship programs: Coordinates Continuing Education and Affiliation Agreements. Monitors service requirements related to education assistance and new hire bonuses. Coordinates collections process for employees who do not meet service requirements due to termination or status changes.
- Serves as point of contact for help desk regarding Compass Learning tickets: Triages tickets via Service Now in a timely manner. Documents interactions with learners regarding tickets and follows up to update learner status. Directs unresolved issues to next level of support. Identifies and suggests possible improvements on processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, using the standard of 2 years of experience equals 1 year of education.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: Intermediate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
Preferred: Above plus expert level Excel
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Experience in an administrative role or demonstrated experience in a final project for a Bachelor's degree
