Change management skills and experience

Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multi-task

Expert in the use and development of Excel spreadsheets, and proficient in the use of PCs for word processing and internet research

Mature and proactive

Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model

Deep understanding of and experience with Compliance Reporting and Audits

Experience in successfully partnering with IT staff

An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong verbal and written skills and a willingness to share information

A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality

Requirements:

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Must sign the Statement of Faith

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required

Charis Bible College graduate is preferred

Must pass all required checks

Experience:

Minimum of 4-5 years of office experience that must include auditing, accounting, or analytical-related functions

Minimum 2-3 years experience supervising a team; Preferably in a customer service environment

4-5 years experience in HR/Accounting specializing in payroll taxes and procedures

Compensation is commensurate with experience
