RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing, recruiting, benefits enrollment, new hire orientation and handling employee inquiries. This is a generalist role with varied responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. These varied responsibilities include reporting, maintain the Human Resources intranet page(s), assist in the administration of the 401(k) plan, HR recordkeeping and Workers Compensation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, or equivalent years of experience is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years relevant Human Resources experience required.
- Prior payroll processing experience; ADP experience preferred.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment, while maintaining confidentiality

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, hybrid position. Regular work hours are Monday - Friday.
